Terms and refunds

The Close Pack is sold by Mosaiko LLC. The storefront lives at closepack.douglasebanks.com. These terms govern the digital packs offered on this site.

Each SKU is a one-time download of markdown playbooks, a setup README, and renderer notes. The files are generic. They are not a bookkeeping service, tax advice, or access to anyone else’s books.

Checkout is a Stripe Payment Link. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at purchase. Stripe issues the receipt and delivers the files to the email you provide at checkout.

This is a digital good. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the pack — meaning you have not applied the playbooks to a live ledger, imported the skills into a bot, or redistributed the files.

Email support@douglasebanks.com with the Stripe receipt. If the pack has been used, the sale is final.

Mosaiko LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to use the pack for one company that you own or operate. You may adapt the markdown for that company. You may not resell the pack, share it as a public template, or present it as someone else’s work.

The pack does not create a client relationship. Mosaiko LLC does not receive your Mercury tokens, Odoo or QuickBooks credentials, or transaction data. Mercury scopes described in the pack are limited to categories, receipts, and notes. SendMoney and any payment-initiation permission are out of scope.
