Who we are
The Close Pack is operated by Mosaiko LLC. This policy covers the storefront at closepack.douglasebanks.com.
What we collect
The marketing pages do not require an account. If you buy a pack, Stripe collects the name, email, and payment details needed to complete checkout and deliver the files. This storefront is a static site and does not store payment data or Checkout Sessions.
We do not collect your Mercury, Odoo, or QuickBooks credentials. We do not receive your bank transactions or anyone else’s books.
Payments
Card data is handled by Stripe. Mosaiko LLC does not see full card numbers. See Stripe’s privacy documentation for how they process payments.
How we use it
Stripe uses checkout data to take payment, send a receipt, deliver the files, and handle a refund request. We do not sell it. We do not use it to log into your ledger.
Retention
Stripe retains payment records and file-delivery links as required for their service. If you email support@douglasebanks.com, we keep that correspondence as long as needed to resolve it.
